Professional regulation
Holgate Court Accountants Limited is registered to carry on audit work in the UK by the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA). Details of our audit registration can be viewed at www.auditregister.org.uk (opens in a new tab) under reference number 0870308.
Mark Ball is a Fellow of ACCA (FCCA). Fractional Finance Director support is provided by Holgate Court Accountants Limited and held to the same professional standards.

Professional indemnity insurance
We hold professional indemnity insurance, as ACCA requires. Details of our insurer and the territorial coverage of the policy are available on request from mark@holgateaccountants.com.

Under the Money Laundering, Terrorist Financing and Transfer of Funds (Information on the Payer) Regulations 2017, we must confirm the identity of new clients before we start work, and keep those records. Our privacy policy explains how this information is used and how long it's kept.
